Appointed as permanent Judge of the Sikkim High Court from 16.12.1994. Transferred to Gauhati High Court on 9.2.1995. Again Transferred to Orissa High Court from 2.4.1996. Transferred to Sikkim High Court and appointed as Acting Chief Justice on 27.12.1997.Passed away on 12/03/2002.
