Justice Arvind Singh Chandel

Born at Bilaspur Chhattisgarh on September 1, 1963. Took B.A. Degree from Pt. Ravi Shankar Shukla University, Raipur Chhattisgarh and LL.B. Degree from Guru Ghasidas University, Bilaspur Chhattisgarh. Joined as a Civil Judge Class-II at Civil Court, Shahdol (Madhya Pradesh) on August 26, 1987. Thereafter, served in the subordinate judiciary on various posts at various places of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. Served as the Presiding Officer, State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Raipur, thereafter served as the District and Sessions Judge, Kawardha. Served as the Addtional Registrar Administration and the Registrar Vigilance and (Inspection & Inquiry) of the High Court of Chhattisgarh. Served as the Registrar General of the High Court of Chhattisgarh before elevation. Elevated and took oath as an Additional Judge of the High Court of Chhattisgarh on June 27, 2017.
