NOTE 01. 17.02.2026 SRK, J Notice before admission. The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.2 seeks time to get instructions in the matter. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent authorities issued a notice to the petitioner and are insisting the petitioner to pay the disputed amounts, and on that pretext, they are not issuing 'no due certificate'. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the auction for the shops is scheduled to be held on 18.02.2026, and in any event, if the petitioner is not allowed to participate in the auction, the present petition would become in fructuous, and prays this Court to permit the petitioner to participate in the said auction, pending adjudication of the Writ Petition.
