By virtue of the present bail application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in proceedings arising from FIR No.444/2024 dated 04.06.2024 registered at PS.: Bhalswa Dairy, Delhi under Sections 21 / 25 / 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (NDPS Act ). 2. As per FIR, on 04.06.2024 at about 05:00 AM, secret information was received that one Taslima @ Putti, R/o D-1 Block, JJ Colony, Bhalswa Dairy, Delhi, was engaged in supply of heroin in bulk and would leave her residence between 07:00 AM to 08:00 AM on the same day to deliver heroin to a customer.
