It is stated by learned counsel for the Contemnors, on instruction, that a proposal was sent to Law Department, Govt. of Odisha suggesting implementation of the order passed by this Court. She further contended that only on 11.02.2026 I have received the concurrence of the Law Department to go ahead with the implementation of the order. 3.
