Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He again submits that the allegation against the present petitioner is that he supplied the contraband weighing 17.42 grams Mephedrone, which is below the commercial quantity, to the prime accused Ummeda Ram. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the present petitioner.
