Application (IA No.9314 of 2020) is with the prayer to decide the second appeal as early as possible. 3. Perusal of the order-sheet on 05.10.2020 would reveal that Misc. Application (IA No.9314 of 2020) was preferred by respondent no.14/1, wherein an information has been parted by him, to the effect that respondent no.14/2, has met with the sad demise on 02.01.2020. The said information would be treated as to be an information under Order 21 Rule10A CPC . 4.
