The matter is pending for consideration of the Delay Condonation Application (IA No. 01 of 2025). 5. Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent objects to the said Delay Condonation Application on the ground that no sufficient grounds have been made out. 6. Learned counsel for the Appellant, however, explains the delay as stated in the application filed before this Court. The delay of 07 days is well explained; therefore, the same is hereby condoned. Accordingly, the Delay Condonation Application is allowed. 7.
