2. Eligibility#
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and are fully able and competent to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Services & Vidhi AI#
Lekha News provides news aggregation and legal research tools, including "Vidhi AI". Regarding Vidhi AI, you explicitly acknowledge:

4. User Conduct (IT Rules 2021)#
You agree to strictly adhere to Rule 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. You shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update, or share any information that:
- Belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right.
- Is obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, invasive of another's privacy, including bodily privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, racially or ethnically objectionable.
- Promotes enmity between different groups on the grounds of religion or caste with the intent to incite violence.
- Infringes upon any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights.
- Threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security, or sovereignty of India.

5. Subscription & Payment#
- Fees: Fees are stated exclusive of GST. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout.
- Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Beyond this period, refunds are processed only at our sole discretion.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

6. Intellectual Property#
All content, trademarks, logos, and service marks related to Lekha News/Renvia are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
We own the app code and branding. You own the content you create (though we don't really host user content yet). Don't steal our logo.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability#

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEKHA NEWS IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
IN NO EVENT SHALL RENVIA TECHNOLOGIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Termination#
We adhere to the Due Process requirements. However, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms (specifically the IT Rules user conduct guidelines).
9. Governing Law#
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Union of India. The courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction regarding any disputes.
